To asses possible benefits of usingPoka-Yoke03. To study whether quality can beimproved by using Poka-Yoke04. To study how mistakes can be avoidedby making use of Poka-Yoke I undertook the study in a widevariety of industries with regard to both manufacturing and service sectors. This study, I carried out overa wide spectrum of companies in bangalore city involving small- scale, mediumscale and large scale enterprises. The criteria, the measuring tools andapparatus used varied from scenario to scenario and also varied according tothe nature of enterprise. The tools I designed and the steps Iformulated resulted in the following.a. Reduction of scraps in production unitsb.
Perfection in accountancy and auditingc. Standardized HumanResourcesd. Resulted in fewer losses and more profitsin marketing.I used tools like StatisticalMethodology where in multiple regression analysis was effectively used andresults obtained were accurate to almost about 90 to 95 percent. I carried outthe analysis of data by making use of tables, graphs and statistical resultswere enumerated for final conclusions. The study and the subsequentpresentation of the results and the methods that were to be adopted by theenterprises concerned ,when used effectively helped enterprises to reducewastage both in terms of material and labor, thereby increasing productivityand quality control. As regards to service sector, thestudy and successive implementation resulted in large scale customer satisfactionand less complication with regard to customer relationship management, the netresult being increased profitability.
