, planning, Executing or implementation and the final delivering or closure
phase. Together all these phases make the path for the for the project
completion taken as “Project life cycle”.

1) Defining

          This is the initial and the most
important phase of any project where we give the identification of goals with
the specification of the project with all its requirements. After this

In most projects it’s the phase where most of the time is spent to so that the
system is executed completely in all its aspects and strict monitoring of the
system with respect to time, cost and reliability is maintained. The system’s
deviation from the path are also controlled so that the system accomplishment
may obtained.

          Manager also maintains the status
reports of every team and could work on maximum from each team without any
comprise on the quality. This phase also maintains any change in the plan so
manager could maintain and coordinate the project with remaining time. Once the
project pass from all the quality measures and also satisfying requirements of the
project with under cost and time maintenance. At this point project is ready
for the final phase of the closure.

 4) Delivery Phase:

          Once the project has passed all the
deliverables under the implementation phase it moves towards the closure or
delivery phase. At this point the main steps are toward the finalizing and
giving final testing and validations to the project so that they can pass
through the clients eye of checking. At the end when it passes through all the
validations we start generating the final report of the project with all its
phases report and their success rate under the given agreed time. This document
also helps the project organization for future experience. Then at last with terminating
the project  with supplier and provide
whole final report to the system to let he stakeholder about the whole working
of the project in all its respects.
